You may receive a user id and password, for exclusive personal use only, upon completing certain Registration Forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these strictly personally issued passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. You also agree to notify us immediately of any other breach of security.
If any information provided by you on these forms is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to terminate your account, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force. We also collect information by monitoring visitor patterns and site usage in order to provide our visitors with the best possible service. We or one of our authorised partners may contact you to inform you about important changes on the web sites, new services, special events, news and special offers or other information we think are of interest to you. You agree that we may access and disclose any information if we believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly, or to protect itself, its members, or others. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
