inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the
right to terminate your account, and refuse any and all current or
future use of the Services.

with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in
force. We also collect information by monitoring visitor patterns
and site usage in order to provide our visitors with the best
possible service. We or one of our authorised
partners may contact you to inform you about important changes on
the web sites, new services, special events, news and special
offers or other information we think are of interest to you. If
you would rather not receive this information you may tell us by
contacting us electronically.
You agree that we may access and disclose any
information if we believes in good faith that such
action is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and
lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly, or to
protect itself, its members, or others. In addition, please be
aware that due to the nature of the non-secure
sector of the Internet and other factors, privacy in your
communications cannot always
be guaranteed.
This Agreement
shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and
Wales.
